Wrap it up

Woohoo! We are in the last month of the year! After a year of intense changes this month brings in a time of rest so we can receive new perspectives and find new inspiration for our life path. A reminder to rewind and reflect. A month of nurture and self-care and of listing to your higher self and choosing where you want to be and move towards to.

Joyful resonance

I just had a coaching call and I received some beautiful reminders and confirmations that now is the time to let go and hear the calling of the heart and to honor this. And that it is time to choose and not get distracted by the next shiny object or life drama. But choose, focus and follow the passion and joy. I need to stop asking why and be with what is.  I know, I feel all is well, all I need to do is to allow inspiration to move through me. We can all meditate, pray and ask the universe for inspiration we need to move forward. Open up to helpful insights and validations. We have the power to choose how we want to be. To be in joyful resonance. Let go of anxiety and stress. Let go of struggle. Not get distracted or swept away by doubt, but listen in and let yourself be carried. You know, deep down you know what to do. Follow this deep knowledge and you will shine brightly.

2016

2016 marks the end of a 9 year cycle, so this December is all about letting go and preparing for the new 9 year cycle that starts in 2017. A 9 year is all about integrity on a personal and global scale. It is about truth. Ask yourself what you cannot tolerate anymore and what you cannot live without. Find your unique perspective and path, find your truth, find your centre. What truth have you been hiding from yourself? Collectively we are experiencing the revealing of true colors. Any truth we have been ignoring came up strongly this year. It now feels the whole world has been swept out underneath us. It is important not to doubt and lose trust as we have to deal with this. This is an opportunity and we can heal this now. We are called to trust our inner guidance and intuition.

Gunk

2016 is the year of clarity and to become clear first all the gunk has to surface and this is intense. I see in my life, in the lives of people I know and in the collective that so much has fallen away, so much we had to let go of. We were asked to come back to compassion and to become empowered. This helped us to observe ourselves and others in love. Breaking open our hearts and fully trust and surrender.

Wrap it up

This month is about perspective and wrapping things up. The 12 is about completion and surrender, about letting go. This is a month to understand form a higher perspective. To tap into our intuition. These are intense times, now is time to focus and imagine the future you want as manifesting our reality begins in the subtle realm and our inner work is the most important thing. As our outer reality manifest from our inner truth. External actions follow from our inner guidance. This month it is really important to connect and focus in these times of challenge. We find peace within ourselves. Connect from the heart and connect with energies that bring you peace and safety. These qualities are not to be found outside yourself. Radiate love and peace into your life. Hold the flow of love.

Survival tips

This month is wise to slow down, make time and space to listen to the voice of spirit. Stop the mind chatter of the ego and really listen to your heart. Be present to what is true for you now. Receive your intuition and focus on being here now. Don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future. Honor your feelings and don’t push them away. Feel it all, hold space for it all, openly and truthfully, even in the most difficult moments. Remember it is just your experience with yourself, no good or bad, no right or wrong. It is important to release emotions by listening to what they tell you, otherwise they will keep coming back for attention. Deal with them as they come up. Do this in a productive way and not a destructive way. So dance, write, play, paint, whatever is best for you, but feel these emotions and let them move through you. Don’t push them further down. When we release emotions it opens up more space in us so we can be open and present to receive guidance for the next step. Be who you are and shine your light as this is where you have so much power. If you find it hard to move through emotions by yourself, seek help from a coach, counselor or healer. Healings help you transmute your negative feelings into love. Connection

December is a month to connect. Connect with yourself but also with your family and friends. If you find the holidays to be challenging, it is wise to release this energy of expectation. Expecting the holidays to be tense, will make them tense. Set your mind to having peaceful days, reduce the tension in your life and self-censor your words. Don’t snap under pressure and say things you may regret later. Be mindful of what you think and most importantly say. You don’t have to agree with people, but you also don’t have to go against them. If they challenge your boundaries, step out of the situation with love and respect. Respect for the other and for yourself. It is important that you guard your boundaries, but do so from love and not from anger or fear. Don’t set out to disagree. Hear each other and be compassionate. To stay balanced it is important to stay connected to your inner strength and compassion, focus on connecting with the flow of live. Open your heart and make it safe to do so. Utilize the energies to strengthen your heart, your engine of connection. Let the energy from your heart move and focus on the change you wish to create.

More about the energies of December later this month, but for now a quick heads up.
We have a Super Full Moon in Gemini coming up on the 13th. A great opportunity for releasing what we do not want to take with us into the new year. And a beautiful time to receive inspiration with which represents our truth and vision.

The year ends with Mercury in retrograde. The gift this brings is that it slows us down and gives us time to reflect. And the New Moon on the 29th brings us new hope and a fresh perspective for the new year. It gives us the clarity to know who we are and to trust this.

In 2017 we move into the year of being empowered sovereign beings and we are called to connect from our true power. Is strongly feel that 2017 is about real connections, about collaborations in soul tribes, about empowering each other, about the letting go of ego and competition, and the combination of unique souls creating a beautiful new world. We are never alone. We are connected. 2017 is about making these connections consciously and embodying connection to spirit and the Universe. We are a divine changemakers, alive now for a unique purpose and part to play in the awakening of humanity. We must choose to consciously show up for our lives in empowered ways, and continue choosing this, again and again. The way you choose to show up in the world is completely up to you; the choice is always yours.

This week will bring the calmness and ‘normality’ we crave at this moment. It will almost be a dull week. Manage your day-to-day affairs competently and efficiently and use this energy to finish projects and invest time in your home and family. Wrap up things that need finishing, do your due diligence and steadily move forward.
